They’re a respectable and sought-after cleaning company that looks very functional and professional on the outside, but they have gone through a lot of stressful situations on the inside, because their traditional approach to business couldn’t answer the increasing demand of their growing business. Thankfully, their business development executive, Justina Chew, approached us and said they are that type of company who is willing to embrace new technologies to help them deal with these concerns:

- Perform HR functions such as scheduling, replacing of personnel in case of leaves, and ensuring accurate payroll; and
- Easily sort, categorize, and access data, documents, and other pertinent information needed for smooth operations.

CIMS is a web application developed by The Verticals that is targeted to help traditional cleaning companies to cope with their operations and improve their business productivity via a Cloud-Based Web Application.

The Job Schedule module can be toggled between list and week view to view details much easier

The MC/Leave module enables users to easily find a replacement cleaner and the data is automatically synchronized with the Job Schedule & Payroll module instantaneously on the cloud-based database

CIMS uses a complex payroll formula that pools collective data from all modules to derive at the final payroll calculation. All payroll are done instantaneously and requires no human intervention.

Should you prefer to view all the jobs by a list of jobs, CIMS Job Schedule allows you to toggle to List View and you are able to have a clear overview of the daily jobs, in chronological order!

Create clients easily via a dynamic form that has collective data structure, synchronizing details with modules such as “Our Clients, Our Cleaners, Job Schedule, Payroll, etc”.

Companies can search and filter cleaners in order to fulfil new jobs within seconds. The system allows precise filtering of days, time, gender so as to allow companies to make job arrangements easily.
